National Rural Advisory Council (NRAC) continue to review EC Regions

As part of the program to review the status of currently declared EC regions NRAC is touring the Lower South East, parts of the Upper South East, the Fleurieu Peninsula in the week beginning 3 November.

NRAC will be meeting with producers at a number of locations to discuss the seasonal conditions over the last two seasons, to inform the advice they provide the Federal Government regarding extensions to the declarations beyond 31 March 2009.

NRAC are also planning tours of the Eyre Peninsula; Kangaroo Island, Yorke Peninsula, Clare, Light and Barossa and the Central and Eastern Mt Lofty Ranges before Christmas.
