Clare Valley Customer Service Research Report Released - HAVE YOUR SAY!

Regional Development Australia Yorke and Mid North has undertaken research to gather data about current levels of presentation, interactions with customers and selling techniques in a number of local retail and hospitality venues.

The research surveyed aspects of presentation and customer service, and compares the findings with similar studies undertaken in an Adelaide metropolitan precinct and another SA regional location.  It was encouraging that the researches observed some excellent standards of customer service.  However some selling opportunities and possible repeat business may be lost due to service standards that could be improved.
