COACHING & MENTORING

The Short Course participants will also be supported by individual 1:1 business mentoring. Our qualified staff will provide 1 day of  individual mentoring support to each short course participant. This will incorporate 2 x 3 hour face to face visits per business, with an allowance of 2 hours phone support also available. This program will assist in ensuring that topics covered in the short courses can then be applied in individual business situations so that outcomes are maximised.
