The Mid North Regional Development Board is an Incorporated Association whose continued financial support for the core business activities is provided through a five year resource agreement between the South Australian Department of Trade and Economic Development, Department of Further Education, Employment, Science & Technology  and all of the Local Government Authorities in the Mid North Region.
